What you get
A 45 to 75 second narrated video of a house listing, in 16:9 and 9:16, made from the listing's photos, with music, delivered by email as links and a download.
How videos are made
Each clip is made from a listing photo with AI-generated camera motion and an AI voice. You check that the video fits your MLS rules before you use it. An unbranded version is available on request.
Free preview
Each order starts with a free watermarked preview, usually the same day. You pay only if you claim it, and then you get the clean video.
Prices
One video is $99. Five videos are $399.
Redos and refunds
If the video is not right, we redo it once. If it is still not right, you do not pay. If you paid up front and it is still not right, we refund you.
Your materials
You confirm you have the right to the photos, links and other material you send or ask us to use.
Use of your videos
You may use the finished files to market the listed home: on listing sites, as virtual-tour links, on social media, in email and in updates to your seller.
Previews
Previews come down after a while. Reply to your preview email if you want one put back up.
